At Spalding United Elite Academy, our mission is to provide the highest quality sports and education to our students. Train, succeed, compete; our intensive full time college training with professional coaches sets us apart to be a leading institution in football development for 16-19yr olds.

A GENUINE PATHWAY TO THE FIRST TEAM

The elite academy is being run by Spalding united's first team management, staff and selected players. We are looking to produce players capable of training and playing with Spalding United's first team.

If you want to push your limits, train like pro and be successful in an ever competitive industry, we are your club. We believe that everyone should have opportunity, knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their chosen sport or activity.

Our Programmes

To deliver an education programme that gives every individual student the tools to succeed within their chosen career paths, whilst also promoting and developing well rounded individuals.

Our Programmes

The programme allows students to study a Level 2 pathway or a Level 3 pathway depending on their current academic abilities. Within the programme, additional qualifications are built within the students study provision to further develop their skill set and allow them to progress into employment, continue to study or move to university.

The educational provision will be delivered in partnership with the academy programme. With daily classes and training combined to maximise student potential and growth. Theory elements will be delivered in the on-site classroom and digital suite. Students will also be given access to sports analysis programmes such as KINEVA and VEO.

Within our mission , we aim to deliver a programme that will ensure every student reaches their intended destination. We can provide and help with progression to university, American scholarships and employment within the health and fitness industry.

Monitoring Progress

Every student will have monthly reports in both their academic progress and athletic performance. This includes individualised Performance Development Plans (PDP) & progress reviews. Also, weekly meetings for every student will ensure targets are set for their academic studies.

Work Experience

Creating coaching pathways for students to work within the Spalding United Academy system and within the Local FA for referee qualification.

Within your study program, the academy will offer visits to St Georges Park and universities to give all a well rounded experience.
